Peanut Butter Banana Bites

These frozen delicious peanut butter banana bites are perfectly healthy. Keep these frozen banana bites in the refrigerator and enjoy at snack time. As banana has a few carbs and peanut butter has protein which is a perfect pack of snack with nutrients. I think this is one of the easiest recipes for a frozen snack during this hot summer. I mostly have these bites after my dinner as I always crave chocolate after my dinner. So these after-dinner bites for me.Every kid loves chocolate so I don’t think they deny to eat this yummy banana bites. I dipped these banana bites in dark chocolate as dark chocolate is good for your health and has lots of other health benefits. This combination of peanut butter, banana, and chocolate is just so perfect. I always try to make my food tasty and healthy and especially for kids it’s always important for them to eat healthy. I would always suggest you to use fresh bananas for these bites because the frozen bananas do not taste as good as fresh bananas and also the color of banana spoils. Try out this delicious healthy bites some dates energy bites which are tasty as well looks like chocolate bites.


  1. 2 Banana
  2. 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  3. 1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate
  4. 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil


  1. Firstly, cut the bananas into slices. Then, put peanut butter on the slices and cover it with another slice of banana-like sandwich.
  2. Secondly, keep the bananas on parchment paper and freeze these bananas for one hour in the freezer.
  3. Thirdly, melt the dark chocolate, add some coconut oil, and mix it. Then, dip half side of the banana in chocolate.
  4. Finally, freeze it for 15 minutes.


FREEZING TIME- 1 hour 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME- 1 hour 25 minutes
