Wow!! Nachos chips recipe. Who doesn’t love these crispy nachos chips? From a kid to an elder person everyone loves nachos. These chips are eaten with salsa, guacamole, and cheese spread. I don’t order nachos chips from outside because these are crispy and delicious and just taste like outside. I love to eat these chips with spicy salsa. These nachos chips are made with maize flour or corn tortilla. I have used maize flour here with a little bit of all-purpose flour to bind it.
You can make these nachos healthy by baking them in the oven instead of frying. These nachos chips can be stored up to 10-15 days in an airtight container. They taste like Mexican nachos chips and are super easy to prepare. It hardly takes 30 minutes to prepare. If you have corn tortilla at home just cut them in triangles, add salt and fry them, you will have amazing nacho’s chips ready in 10 minutes. To keep the nachos crispy do not fry them on high flame. INGREDIENTS FOR NACHOS CHIPS RECIPE
- 1 Cup Maize Flour
- 2 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric
- ½ Teaspoon Oregano
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Teaspoon Oil
- Water To Knead
- Oil For Frying
NACHOS CHIPS RECIPE – PREPARATION METHOD
- Firstly, take a bowl to add maize flour, all-purpose flour, turmeric, oregano, salt, and oil. Then, knead it along with water and make a smooth dough.
- Secondly, divide the dough into 3 portions (use all-purpose flour for dusting) and roll it up slightly thick and cut with the cutter in a triangle shape.
- Finally fry them on medium flame until its crispy but not brown. Enjoy nachos with spicy salsa.
